Product Library

A considered library — specified, not stocked.

The systems, materials and controls we specify across MJP projects — with the full manufacturer data sheets hosted below for architects, M&E consultants and contractors to download.

Underfloor Heating

Pipework, manifolds & build-up components.

Our underfloor heating product library is curated and refined continuously — selected on technical fit, not commercial habit. Components are specified per project to match heat source, floor type and architectural intent.

Manifolds — Brass & Stainless

Flow-balanced, pre-assembled manifolds with isolation valves, flow meters and actuator heads. Sized for two-port to fourteen-port configurations.

PE-Xa Pipework

Oxygen-barrier PE-Xa pipework in 12, 16 and 20 mm — laid in screed, between joists or in floating-floor channels.

Heat Diffusion Plates

Aluminium plates engineered to spread pipework heat evenly across timber and floating floor systems.

Insulation Panels

PIR and EPS panels — including pre-grooved channelled variants for floating floor installations.

Minimal brass thermostat
Controls

Discreet, intelligent, calm.

Years of customer review and field tuning have refined our controls library into a set of products that perform across every UFH scenario — from a single bathroom retrofit to a whole-home heat-pump installation.

Wired Thermostats

Discreet wall-mounted controls in brushed brass or muted neutrals — per-room programming with PID temperature logic.

Wireless Thermostats

Battery-powered thermostats for retrofit installations where chasing in cabling is undesirable.

Smart Hub & App

Per-room scheduling, geofencing and integration with the home's wider smart systems.

Wiring Centres & Actuators

Modular wiring centres paired with thermal actuator heads — engineered for whole-home zoning.

Screed Systems

Liquid and traditional — specified per project.

We work across all major liquid screed systems, and we still install traditional sand & cement where it is the right answer. The choice is led by the build-up, the finish, the programme and the heat source — never by what's easiest to pour.

  • Cemfloor
Cementitious flowing screed with excellent thermal conductivity and minimal shrinkage. Specified beneath natural stone and large-format porcelain.
  • Gyvlon (Thermio+)
Calcium sulphate flowing screed — fast surface regularity, high conductivity and excellent compatibility with low-temperature UFH.
  • Tarmac Topflow Screed C
Cementitious flowing screed engineered for high-performance underfloor heating installations and low-depth pours.
  • Gypsol
Gypsum-based flowing screed for low-depth pours — ideal for retrofits and extensions.
  • Longfloor
Cementitious flowing screed with rapid drying for time-sensitive programmes.
  • Traditional Sand & Cement
Proven hand-laid screed — still the right specification for certain projects, contractors and substrates.
Data Sheets

The full technical library — open access.

Every product specified across MJP installations, with its manufacturer data sheet hosted here for download. Architects, M&E consultants and contractors can specify ahead of tender without needing to chase paperwork.

Full handover packs — including commissioning records, leak tests and flushing certificates — are issued per plot on completion.

Specify with confidence.
