Heat-loss modelling, system selection and manifold positioning — coordinated with the M&E team and main contractor.

Pipe layouts, zoning, screed depth and material selection issued as a clear specification package suitable for tender.

Insulation, edge detailing, pipework installation, and pre-pour quality checks — executed by senior installers.

Flowing screed pour, controlled drying programme, commissioning of the heating system and full handover documentation.
