Polished liquid screed finish
Service · Screed

A flowing surface, poured to architectural tolerance.

Self-levelling liquid screeds engineered around the heating system, the finish, and the timetable of a serious build.

Why Liquid

Thinner pours. Faster drying. Better heat.

Flowing screeds encase the heating pipework completely — eliminating air gaps, lifting thermal output and producing a far flatter surface than traditional sand-and-cement methods. The result is a quieter, more efficient floor that holds tolerance for the most demanding finishes.

Screed Options

A considered material library.

Cemfloor

Cementitious flowing screed with exceptional thermal conductivity and minimal shrinkage. Suited to natural stone, large-format porcelain and microcement finishes.

Gyvlon

Calcium sulphate flowing screed delivering rapid surface regularity and excellent compatibility with underfloor heating systems.

Tarmac Topflow Screed C

Cementitious flowing screed engineered for high-performance underfloor heating installations and low-depth pours — a frequent specification on our major projects.

Gypsol

High-performance gypsum-based flowing screed for low-depth pours, ideal for retrofits and architectural extensions.

Longfloor

Cementitious option offering rapid drying for time-sensitive programmes without compromising thermal performance.

Traditional Sand & Cement

Hand-laid screed — still the right specification for certain projects, contractors and substrates. We install it to the same architectural tolerance as our flowing options.
